  • Client and billing data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Estonian accounting and tax law (generally 7 years for accounting records);
  • Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period to evidence compliance;
  • Cookie-derived analytics data is retained according to the retention periods of the relevant analytics tool, as described in our Cookie Policy.
